How to Apply Liquid Rubber

Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove all loose material, dirt, moss, and flaking paint. For best results, pressure wash and allow to dry completely. Fill cracks wider than 2mm with a suitable filler.

Priming: On very porous surfaces, dilute the first coat with 10-15% clean water for better penetration.

Application: Apply with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer. Apply in two or more coats at right angles to each other. Allow 4-6 hours between coats. For optimal waterproofing, achieve a minimum dry film thickness of 1mm (approximately 1.5L per m² total).

Coverage: 1-1.5m² per litre per coat. A 20L bucket covers approximately 7-10m² in two coats.
